Finally! I can post a monthly wrap-up again! It has been a year or so since I last posted a wrap-up like this. Today, on this last day of the month, I will have a recap of what I’ve been posting here on my blog.
Let’s start it up with my book reviews. Here are the books I’ve finished reading and my review for it.
- Between Frost and Fury by Chani Lynn Feener
- The Grace Year by Kim Liggett (ARC)
- What Lies Within by James Morris
- Haverscroft by S.A. Harris
- Raven’s Peak by Lincoln Cole
I was able to read some books this month, which I missed doing for the past months since I’m on hiatus. But I’m happy to be back again in doing this. Only the Raven’s Peak was not read this month, I only posted the shortened review from the other site where I’m also a book reviewer. That’s why a link below my review states to check it for my full and detailed thoughts about it.
Next, I’m consistent on posting discussion post for my Thursday Talks. Actually, they are my drafts before I took on hiatus and I only polished them before scheduling. My upcoming discussion topics are also from my drafts before. See, I have a lot on my mind before but, I wasn’t able to finish writing them because of my busy schedules. Here are what I’ve posted for Thursday Talks so far:
- Is Leaving Book Review Important?
- Where Did Your Blog Name Come From?
- Why You Should Not Skip Ahead in a Book?
- Three Kinds of Readers
Then, I’ve done some bookish tags, which is fun to do! Listed below are the tags that I did participate in.
Oh! Before I forgot, I also discussed in one of the bookish updates that I’m joining 2019 Book Blog Discussion Challenge and NetGalley & Edelweiss Reading Challenge 2019. For the discussion, all my Thursday Talks are in it including the A Reader’s Confession, while in the reading challenge, only The Grace Year by Kim Liggett will count because I haven’t posted my reviews yet for the other ARCs that I already read.
Lastly, I’m still changing some graphics on this blog. So, you might see some changes as the days go by. I want my graphics to be fit with my blog’s theme, so when I’m not reading, I am sketching what I want the graphics to look like.
My comeback in book blogging is not that bad at all. I’m actively posting some contents for this newly rebranded blog. I hope I can manage to do it for the next months and years.
And, I won’t be sharing my July TBR because I’m unpredictable when it comes to what I’m going to read. If you want to know what I am reading, you can see my Goodreads Currently Reading Shelf on the right side. I’m updating it weekly or when I have the time to do so.
That’s all! Thank you, everyone! Have a wonderful weekend!
