Hello, amazing readers!
I found this bookish tag before over at Chelle’s Book Ramblings, and I think that doing this would be fun, so I did it! Now, what is this tag all about? It is simply answering a couple of questions that will be based on your feelings over some books that you think you don’t want to read for a certain reason. Now. Now. I think I’ll be able to find an answer to each question, but let’s see.
BOOK THAT YOU FEEL YOU NEED TO READ BECAUSE EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT IT
A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin. [GR] All my friends are always talking about this, and they keep on telling me to read and watch it. For the show, I’m still stuck on episode 9 of the season one lol.
A REALLY LONG BOOK
The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas. [GR] It is really too longggggg! With 1000+ pages, I don’t know if I can find time to read it soon.
A BOOK YOU’VE OWNED/HAD ON YOUR TBR FOR TOO LONG
Angelology by Danielle Trussoni. [GR] My mom already read this book, and someone even gifted her the book two so she could read it too. But, here I am, still unable to read it despite how I loved stories with angels.
A BOOK THAT IS ‘REQUIRED’ READING (e.g., SCHOOL TEXT, REALLY POPULAR CLASSIC – SOMETHING YOU FEEL OBLIGATED TO READ!)
Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. [GR] It is not because I don’t want to read it, but I always feel out-of-place whenever someone talks about it.
A BOOK THAT INTIMIDATES YOU
Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas. [GR] As always, it is not just the book but the whole series. Only by looking at it, I’m pushed back on reading it.
A BOOK THAT YOU THINK MIGHT BE SLOW
All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr. [GR] I don’t know, but it gives me this vibe that it’ll be a slow read for me.
A BOOK YOU NEED TO BE IN THE RIGHT MOOD FOR
Verity by Colleen Hoover. [GR] I REALLY NEED TO BE IN THE RIGHT MOOD BEFORE I START READING THIS ONE!
A BOOK YOU’RE UNSURE IF YOU WILL LIKE
Queen of Hearts by Colleen Oakes. [GR] There are mixed reviews about it, so I don’t know if I’ll like it.
That’s it! As a mood reader, this is kind of fun to answer because I don’t really know what I should answer lol. I even need to check my TBR shelf on Goodreads to look for books to put here. Anyway, I’m tagging you to do this tag:
