2020 Reading/Blog Challenges!!!

Hi!!! Happy New Year to all of you! How are you? How was the holiday? Did anything exciting and fun happen to you?

As for me, I did enjoy my holiday break. I mostly watched anime and some movies and tv shows. I also read manga and a few books, which I don’t think if I can still review here on my blog. I have a lot of free time actually, but since I’m on semi-hiatus, I wasn’t active here on my blog.

I’m still on hiatus until now, but I’ll still publish some reviews and other blog features that I have like book tags and blog discussions. I won’t just frequently do them like before.

Anyway, here are the reading challenges that I want to join this year! I hope I can finish them all! Feel free to also recommend books that will fit any of the given prompts. I’ll also update this post every time I finished a book.

2020 Goodreads Reading Challenge

read 4 books toward
her goal of
50 books.

Of course, I will always join Goodreads Reading Challenge as this is easier than the other challenges out there. This one only needs to count how many books you want to read for the whole year. I set my reading challenge to only 50 books because I don’t know how hectic my schedule will be this year.

Year of the Asian Reading Challenge

This will be the first time I’m joining the Year of the Asian Reading Challenge hosted by CW @ The Quiet Pond, Lily @ Sprinkles of Dreams, Shealea @ Shut Up Shealea, and Vicky @ Vicky Who Reads! What I need to do is to read as many books as I can, which are written by Asian authors. You can read more information here if you also want to join.

As for the level, I’m only going for the first level for now as I’ve said above, I don’t know how tight my schedule will be. However, I can still go for the second level if I’ll be successful in reading more than 10 books this year.

  1. I told myself I was ONLY doing Goodreads and the Discussion Challenge, but reading everyone’s posts about what challenges they’re doing in 2020 has me wanting to do ALL THE CHALLENGES, lol.
