Bookish Tag: Harry Potter Christmas Tag!

Blogmas 2019 - Bookish Tags

Hello! How are you all? I hope you are doing great today.

I have been looking for bookish tags for the last few months, which I can do and schedule this month. And this is one of the Christmas-related bookish tags that I chose from many ones going around the internet. This bookish tag was created by  Charleigh at Charleigh Writes.

It’s your first Christmas at Hogwarts. What’s one book you’ve asked for this year?

You spot Hagrid hauling the Christmas tree through the grounds. What is the longest (or heaviest!) book you own?

Angelology by Danielle Trussoni

Angelology by Danielle Trussoni. I don’t recall how I got this book, but it was one of the heaviest books I have right now. It is a hardbound copy with a deckled edge. I haven’t read it yet, but my mom already did, and she already bought the second book in the series.

It’s time for the famous Great Hall feast. What’s one book you can’t read without snacks?

I’m not sure what to answer to this one because I don’t have these preferences for eating a snack with a specific book. If the question would be asking me if I do eat snacks while reading, then yes, I do.

Well done, you’ve brewed your first Polyjuice potion. What’s one book you’d change the cover of?

Too many to mention. But, I really don’t like books with a shirtless guy on the cover. I won’t, and I will never read it if the cover is something like that. Unless they have another cover that doesn’t have a shirtless guy.

You get hit by one of Fred and George’s flying snowballs. What’s a book you wanted to throw across the room?

Melophobia by James Morris.jpg

Ahhhhh! Melophobia by James Morris. Not because I don’t like this book, but because it devastatingly hurt me! And also how it makes me want to throw it across the room for making me bawl my eyes out because I don’t, and I won’t accept whatever happened in the story. *still crying*

You’ve just visited Hogsmeade for the first time. What’s one popular book you haven’t read yet?

A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin.jpg

A Song of Ice and Fire series or also known as Game of Thrones (show) by George R.R. Martin. Though I haven’t read it yet, I already watched season 1 of it until episode 9. I still need more motivation to finish watching it and also, to buy my copy of the books.

the-chronicles-of-narnia-by-c.s.-lewis.jpg

I haven’t read many books with holiday themes like Christmas, but I would like to say that I love reading The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis during this season.

You find Ron’s deluminator. What’s one book that’s helped you through some dark times?

percy jackson and the olympians by rick riordan.png

I’m supposed to answer any HP books, but the rules… I guess it’ll be the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series by Rick Riordan then.
